Cancellation policy

At CTK, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, order cancellations are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been processed or shipped.
If your order is still in the early stage and hasn’t been processed, you may request a cancellation by emailing us at info@ctktechstore.com as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests depending on the order status.

Paid Orders

Paid orders that are already processed or packed cannot be canceled or refunded.
If your order has not been fulfilled and you request cancellation in time, a full refund will be issued.
